Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

At Arabian Burj, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • the item is in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • personal care items
  • beauty products
  • opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • intimate-use items
  • items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos or video of the item
  • a brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and will be treated according to the return policy.
