Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Pakistan: 2–5 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 4–8 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, customs processing, or high order volumes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Arabian Burj reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, locations, or high-risk transactions.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Arabian Burj is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
